Are Michael Turner and Leslie Lonsdale-Cooper, the translators of the English versions of Tintin still alive?
So that they may rectify some of thier interpretational follies they have made in some of the adventures.
Such as Snowy saying in The Cigars of the Pharaoh: "I'd rather have a peaceful time in Marlinspike", although Tintin didn't meet Haddock until Crab with the Golden Claws.

Yes they're still alive, and I strongly doubt they are interpretational follies as such, they just followed the release schedule in the UK where Marlinspike had already been introduced and where Tintin was living at the time.
