The Brazilian editor/publisher Companhia das Letras shall publish the 23 Tintin stories in Brazil.
Some Titles are already avaiable for instance 'Os Charutos do Farao' e 'O Loto Azul'.

I can’t tell (not being able to speak the language!) if the 23 titles includes or excludes Alph-Art - and if it is included, which of the other titles is excluded? I’m wondering if they have been translated from the English books, rather than French, omitting Congo…

It's amazing , I received today a mail from the Publisher Companhia das Letras and they wrote me :
Dear Colonel, We haven't published Tintim's books yet. The first four will be out on December 2005. And you can buy them at www.livcultura.com.br or www.submarino.com.br Prices depends of where you buy.

A few days ago a Blue Lotus was sold on Ebay -TINTIN - LOTUS BLEU - BRESILIEN - edition Cia Das Letras -item nr.: 6567620795 .
Or the Ebay Lotus from Publisher Companhia das Letras was fake , or the publisher don't know exactly wat's going on in his publishing house.

"Cia. das Letras" has published the following titles until now (MAR/07):

- O CARANGUEJO DAS PINÇAS DE OURO
- O CETRO DE OTTOKAR
- OS CHARUTOS DO FARAÓ
- A ESTRELA MISTERIOSA
-O ÍDOLO ROUBADO
- A ILHA NEGRA
- O LÓTUS AZUL
- O SEGREDO DO LICORNE
- O TESOURO DE RACKHAM, O TERRÍVEL

In principle, all 24 titles will be published, including "No País dos Sovietes", "Tintim no Congo" and "Tintim e a Alfa-Arte". They have been translated from French and the books are printed in the European Community.
