How rare is this? I'm probably going to be upset as I sold one on Amazon sometime ago - I'll be honest I found 90% of the questions way too hard!

Fairly rare. I have never seen one on eBay before, though there is one there at the moment. How much did you sell it for. I myself am after a copy. I'd say that it is rarer than the games book but more common than the making of mission to the moon.

Iâ€™d not be so certain of that - Tintinologue was around for a lot less time than the Moon books, as far as I was aware, and not nearly so widely, so it would seem likely that there are more of the latter out there. However The Making of is a far better book, so people who bought it may hang on to it more.

I sold my Tintinologue on ebay in 2004 where it went for Â£18. I bought it while feeling flush one day, but never really used it as it was too hard. Probably better if you've got 'Tintin friends' to test it out on.

Anyway - we've got the Tintinologist quiz now, which is great fun to read (and interesting stuff too!).

It is too difficult and asks stupid questions that nobody is going to know, questions about car number plates and so on.

I think I paid about Â£20 for it

I've just listed one on ebay - along with a Quick & Flupke book titled 'Double Trouble'.

Not sure of their value - Hopefully they will go to a fan who will treasure them.

I just bought Tintinologue. I dont know how rare it is, but certainly it was difficult to find. Its sad to learn that it lists stupid questions like car number plates. But, anyway, I am a collector so it will go in my collection!
