Does anyone know where I can find some Tintin art? Big, small, any size...
I don't want to spend over €400 - maybe around €150...?
Please let me know.

Thank you.

Well, if they were painted by Hergé they'd be official, and if not, then they aren't, is a good rule of thumb. :-)

Tintin Noob, it looks like you're going to have to set your sites on some of the prints or posters available from the store at Tintin.com, or a Tintin shop, unless you have the 764,200 euros needed to pick up an Hergé original!

Well how do you like lithographs? Are they nice? I found a Tintin in the Congo Lithograph and I'm not sure.
I also like the posters, but why spend so much on something of no value?

Er... because you actually like looking at it?

I'm afraid the lithograph of Tintin in the Congo is in fact another sort of poster - lithography is just another form of printing, after all, albeit that it is done with a bit more effort, hence the extra expense.
You might want to bear in mind that while many artists do produce lithographs as limited series of reproductions for collectors, these lithos were done long after Hergé's death, and I'm not even sure he would ever have seen the design created from his artwork. In that way a poster of an album cover at least has the advantage of having been approved by the master, at least in the design, as it were.
But if you like the lithograph, and can afford it, go for it. Just don't think it is automatically more "valuable" - it may be just more expensive.
