I was thinking with the announcement of the film that spinoff's such as computer games and toys will be made.

Lego Tintin would be great!

Well Flashman, I think that the movie will probably bring about some more Tintin Videogames, but I don't think that Lego will be making Tintin sets. They are really absorbed in making Star Wars, Batman and Indiana Jones sets. (Not that there is anything particularly wrong with those three things, but years ago when Legos were my favorite toys there were no movie-based sets.)

EDIT: July 2nd.

This is very strange. Me and Dupondt had posts after this one, but now they are gone. What happened to them? I've seen strange happenings such as posts disappearing, and it is really starting to perplex me. Where do they go? Is there any rhyme or reason to it?

A few Tintin video games have come before, but as far as I know none of them were notable.

I am hoping that along with the new Tintin movies, there are Tintin video games. I'd say there is a good chance of these video games being released, seeing as the Tintin movies should be fairly successful, just because of their directors. I mean, Stephan Spielberg and Peter Jackson? Are those not 2 of the most successful directors ever?

It better be a good game. I don't want crap like Destination Adventure or whatever it was. My idea of a quality Tintin game involves more than collecting Snowy coins.
I want action, stealth, danger, mystery, character depth, adventure, suspense, chills and thrills.

Yeah, Destination Adventure was the lowpoint of Tintin games.

A puzzle type DS adventure would sound good -lynch mobbed- But then I only really have a DS..and a laptop that would probably implode with the addition of more games..

I would hope that any games would have a PC version (sorry Mac users). I don't have any consoles, and I wouldn't get one just because there was one game that I wanted.

I agree "Tintin Destination Adventure" was crap, but it was from 2000 or 2001, I don't know really ... But It'd be cool with a 3D game.
