Hi there,
I was wondering if some of you knowledgeable people could help me.
Recently I bought On a marché sur la Lune in pop-up form, after being assured it was from 1969.
Turns out it's a fascimile, done by Intervisual Communications at some unknown date.
Before I send it back, can anyone tell me anything about it? Can't seem to find any reference to it on the net, so this is obviously the only existing copy :-P
Thanks,
Sam

For the sake of completeness, I took some photos of the book. It looks 'fairly' similar to the Pop Hop release. [Expired link removed]

I'm going to hold onto it, since I guess it's not that common.

Seems the publisher "Intervisual Communications" was created by Waldo Hunt (who had previously produced 40 titles with Hallmark, including the Pop Hop releases, I'm guessing).
Hunt was a bit of a legend in pop-up circles (no, not cylinders...), and his obituary by the Guardian can be found here.
