Tintin in Tibet: where was the Tibetan version published?

I found the cover of a Tibetan Tintin in Tibet in the "Tintin around the world" site, which was published in 1994 by Casterman.

I am a little surprised about this book, for while I am Chinese, I have never heard of it before. So I wonder if it was published in China. If not so, where was it published? Was it published in India? Where can I find more information about it?
By the way, can anyone transliterate the Tibetan title into Latin letters? The name of the translator is also wanted.

It was published as one of Casterman's "Tintin in a foreign language" series (Tintin en langues étrangères). Here's a link to the book on the Casterman website: http://Bd.Casterman.com/albums_detail.cfm?id=4882&categID=1328

I very much doubt whether it was released in China or India. It's just a small scale release for collectors and seems an obvious language to do it in, more for aesthetic value than for anybody to actually read. It would be interesting to know how literally accurate it really is!

Thank you, Harrock n roll! I have never heard of the "Tintin en langues étrangères" series before, so I appreciate your introduction. So do you mean that the Tibetan Tintin in Tibet was published in Belgium? Anyway, I don't know any Tibetan or even Chinese who has this book, so I think it probably has never come to Tibet.
