Cigares du Pharaon (1942 Facsimile): Where is it printed?

Has anyone bought this book? Can you please have a look and tell me where it was printed?
I asked amazon and they said it was printed in the USA, which I find hard to believe. I would appreciate it if anyone can confirm that.

Moderator Note: Hmmâ€¦ Bumping an old thread in this way, especially one of your own is a big no-no, and definitely frowned upon, so please donâ€™t do it in future. It would end up with threads just churning around, and it would be very difficult to follow the flow of a discussion. Itâ€™s different if you are adding new information to a subject, or if you have uncovered the answer to a question you raised, but just because you havenâ€™t had an answer isnâ€™t really enough.

Just this once, and to let this descend quickly, the book is printed in Spain, and distributed in the U.S. by Last Gasp of San Francisco; itâ€™s entirely possible that Amazon wouldnâ€™t have the printing details, as itâ€™s possibly the least important element of what a book sells onâ€¦
