Hi

I was wondering if anybody would be interested or know of any interested parties, as I have a number of limited edition figurines for sale. Tintin and Snowy Joy (From Tintin in Tibet), 19cm tall resin collectible.

All figurines are individually numbered out of the 2500 that were made.

Please let me know if you would like more information and images.

Many thanks.

Moderator Note:
Could you provide some details to this please, including
a) number and types of items on offer;
b) the manufacturer;
c) age of the items, if known;
d) when and where you bought them.
There have been various sculptures and figurines put out over the years, as well as multiple knock-offs and pirates, so it’s good to be able to establish just what it is that you have on offer.

Hi

Thanks for the note.

They are Tintin, made in France in 2005. They are all the same figurine (Tintin and Snowy Joy), and have various numbers ranging from 1964, from the 2500 limited edition pieces.

These were purchased from a wholesaler on the continent and each figurine comes in a blue limited edition gift box with certificate of authenticity.

I have found the exact item displayed online at the following link http://www.thetintinshop.uk.com/acatalog/Resin_Models.html Please note that I have no attachment to The Tintin Shop, I am just using this as a reference guide.

I also have a small quantity of the classic red and white rocket 19cm tall (from Explorers on the moon), comes in a collectors tin with certificate of authenticity and are individually numbered. Also available is a small number of figurines from the cover series, The black Island. Tintin dressed in Scottish dress with Snowy in a motor boat 11cm tall, comes with certificate of authenticity and gift box as above.

Pictures can detailed specs can be provided upon request.

I hope this helps, please let me know if this might be of interest!
