Sorry for not responding sooner.
No problem! Sorry to have taken so long to responding to your original post.
Okay - now there are some details, it's easier to offer some suggestions.
I'll assume that you can work out a suitable all-ages appropriate place for your group to meet, and that you have permissions from your parents or guardians to be there.
First thing you might want to do is find out who has read which books, and if anyone has got books which ones that they are. It could be that those who have them could bring books to the club for others who haven't read them before to read them there?
You could read through a book together, and see if there are any points about the story that you would like to discuss, such as the locations, the art, the humour, the plot, etc. That way you might get a better appreciation of them.
There are also things like the cartoons and films - you might be able to watch them together.
Look through the forums here for ideas too: there are threads about Hergé and his life and art, as well as ones devoted to specific scenes in stories and characters. You might find some topic that would make a good discussion, or something about a story that could make reading the book more fun.
If anyone has questions, you could also look on here, and see if we have the answers for you - if not, you could post a new question here to see if anyone knows the solution.
I'm really looking forward to hearing what you get up to, and how the club develops, so do let us know!
