I suppose this qualifies under 'collectibles' - the house that inspired Hergé for Professor Tarragon's villa in The Seven Crystal Balls is up for sale for a cool 695,000 EUR.

A bit of a snip at the price, if you have looked at house prices in London lately!! A bit difficult to get onto the old shelf, though!

I notice that no mention is made of its use during the war by the Germans...!

If I had the money I would buy it and open it as a Tintin themed hotel
